Thomas Fantozzi — Beekeeper & Founder

For Thomas Fantozzi, beekeeping is more than a business—it’s a way of honoring a lifelong connection to Central Valley agriculture. Raised on a family farm in Patterson, California, Thomas grew up seeing firsthand how vital honeybees are to thriving crops and healthy ecosystems. While studying at Cal Poly, a single beekeeping class turned that appreciation into a lifelong calling, prompting him to set up his first two hives in 2017.

Today, Thomas leads Fantozzi Honey Co. with a hands-on approach, managing hundreds of hives with a primary focus on bee health, sustainable pollination, and raw, small-batch honey production. By staying true to traditional, honest practices, Fantozzi Honey Co. brings you honey and beehive products in their purest form—rooted in respect for the environment, local farmers, and the hardworking bees at the heart of it all.

Our Process
Caring for the Hives
Our bees come first. We maintain healthy, stress-free hives and follow sustainable practices that support the long-term wellbeing of our colonies.
Harvesting Only Surplus Honey
We only take what the bees don’t need. This ensures the hive stays strong while preserving the natural balance of the colony.
Hand-Extracted
Honey is carefully hand-extracted at low temperatures to protect its natural enzymes, flavor, and nutrients.
Small-Batch Bottling
